A papermaking company in Zhejiang: Its pulping line is equipped with five series-connected DDR26-inch disc mills, one of which is used as a backup. The percussion degree requirement has been increased from the original 25SR° to 80SR° to maintain the original fiber length as much as possible. The original tooth shape is similar to MP26-05 (4.7X5.1) → MP26-05 → MP26-01 (4X4.5) → MP26-01. The tapping degree can only reach 65SR°. After improvement by our company, the tooth shape is MP26-06 (4.7X5.1) → MP26-02 (3X3.7) → MP26-12 (2.8X3) → MP26-12 met its company requirements.
