Aishenko uses ASPEN, PRO II and other software to simulate and calculate the chemical process, develop and build a simulation and small-scale test platform, through engineering design and software programming, accurately and dynamically calculate the temperature, pressure, flow, concentration, heat transfer and other parameters of the transported high-purity electronic materials and chemicals, simulate the actual operation parameters on site, and guide the equipment pipeline design, component selection, energy saving and improvement direction, etc.

 

Combined with many years of process application database and project experience accumulation, and through the practice of correcting the simulation calculation process, the accuracy of the simulation is improved, so that it can deal with the complex fluid system design. Eisenko combines fluid science with engineering practice to optimize the design of key components and equipment in the system to meet the development and production needs of high-performance materials in the fields of semiconductors, microelectronics, and new energy.

Core high purity equipment and pressure vessel manufacturing

Aishenko has developed to provide technical and product service experience for top customers in the chemical industry at home and abroad, and has introduced a number of experts engaged in the design of process equipment in the chemical industry to provide customers with services for the development of new process equipment to meet the research and development and production of new materials. The core equipment involves reaction synthesis, separation and purification process, the main products are kettle reactor, fixed bed reactor, fluidized bed reactor, distillation tower, extraction tower, analysis and absorption tower, catalytic adsorption tower, three-in-one equipment, evaporator, conventional pressure vessel, etc.

 

In 2022, the company obtained the special equipment manufacturing license-fixed pressure vessel medium and low pressure vessel (D), which can produce various types of high purity and pressure vessel equipment for customers. High purity equipment is mainly used in the research and development and production of electronic special gas, semiconductor materials and lithium battery materials. The company introduced Japanese surface treatment technology to carry out precision mechanical polishing → electrolytic polishing → deoiling and degreasing → precision cleaning on the inner surface of the equipment, the intermediate link also involves pickling, passivation and other important processes, so that the equipment can finally meet the requirements of high purity production and storage. For special processes, the surface of the equipment can be lined with fluorine or sprayed with fluorine, and all processes are processed and manufactured in strict accordance with the requirements of electronic grade.

Quality and production process control

According to the principles of material science and surface treatment technology, the technical team of Aishengke avoids secondary pollution caused by the distribution system to the medium and ensures the purity of high-purity gas and electronic chemicals in the distribution process by controlling key links such as system design, material selection, equipment manufacturing, on-site clean environment, construction methods, quality inspection, equipment testing and system debugging.

 

Aishengke has constructed a set of certification and inspection process, established a complete set of core material database, and equipped with scanning electron microscope, metal composition spectrum detector, roughness detector and other detection tools, which can independently carry out material analysis, purity test, component performance test and so on on to ensure that the quality meets the system design requirements.

HAZOP analysis and system automation interlock control

According to the requirements of 14 major elements of process safety and following the principles of safety design, the risk and operability of gas and chemical systems are evaluated. Through process hazard analysis, identify and evaluate possible risks, and reflect the technical points in the design plan and operating procedures, design and build software and hardware platforms for gas and chemical monitoring for customers, and help customers realize the automatic safety control and management of the material supply process.

 

At the equipment level, Eisenke has embedded process safety interlock in PLC program through accumulated process logic and experience parameters in customer supply systems of various industries, so as to avoid harm to system life and staff's life safety caused by human misoperation or process logic error. At the management level, data recording and central monitoring of system operation are realized by collecting underlying data such as process equipment and monitors, provide customers with specific functions such as status query, safety warning, maintenance prompt, historical data query, etc., to improve life safety and process safety management level.

Commissioning, start-up and technical service

Due to the rapid development and needs of the new energy and semiconductor industries in recent years, Aishenko Company has built many sets of pilot test and industrialization devices for many customers. In the process of construction, commissioning and driving, the company's technicians have accumulated a lot of experience. We have compiled a set of operation procedures and specifications on system driving to help customers run the system faster, and in the process of operation and commissioning to provide training services to Party A operators, to ensure that the field operators skilled control system, as well as in the process of operation of the equipment maintenance and maintenance.

 

Aishengke has also built a group of professional after-sales service teams. After the system is delivered to customers, it will provide regular tracking of the operation of the equipment.
